Wall of Appreciation for Our Volunteers and Donors

With the generous support from each and every one of our dedicated volunteers and donors, we are able to help many of our families not only to meet essential daily needs but to work towards a brighter future. This is why contributions from our donors and volunteers make an incredible difference in what is available to our students. Mobile Family Success of Middlesex County, in September two of its representatives were at the Food Pantry to give fruits to families and promote the Bike Rodeo they were hosting in the New Brunswick School District.
 
Stop and Shop for giving GBCS $10,000.00 grant for our food pantry.

Sally Van de Water and chef Carolina Moratti from Middlesex County Share Your Foodways for hosting a cooking demonstration and tasting during our food pantry hours.
 
Girls on the Run of Central NJ and Program Coordinator, Lynne Sherman, for offering clusters for the school year for our 3rd -5th grade students program.
 
GirlsinGear.org and Director, Gabrielle Rossi, sponsored a Cluster Session benefiting 4th-5th grade for the entire school year. Girls in Gear helps riders learn about themselves, their bikes, and their community.
 
REPLENISH, food bank of Middlesex County for providing food to supplement the Thanksgiving Dinners of our families who use the food pantry.

  • Honors College - Rutgers University, New Brunswick - For conducting an event during the Scarlet Day of Service on Saturday, September 21, 2015. They made hygiene kits for the students that participated in our Blessings in a Backpack Program.
